Sistership housing works with the Fempowerment App and local property paths — ADUs, co-housing, micro-farm / farm-to-table income, cottage products, and retreat venues. Tucson is a winter co-housing hotspot; models are meant to duplicate across Sisterships.
Structure under review
- Legal organization similar to a sorority foundation
- Possible 501(c)(8) or 501(c)(10) path
- ADU expansion: more units allowed under local rules from January 2026
- Donation → co-housing candidates (Oro Valley AZ model; Julian CA candidate via Grace Purcell network)
